Missivebox ("we," "us") provides email sending and automation services. This policy explains what data we access and how we handle it.
Information we access
- Google account identity: your email address and basic profile, to identify your account.
- Gmail send permission (
gmail.send): to send email on your behalf. This permission does not allow reading, searching, or downloading your existing emails, and we do not do so.
Information we do not access
We do not read, store, scan, or retain the contents of your mailbox. We request only the minimum scope required to send email.
How we use information
Solely to send and automate email at your direction. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use
Missivebox's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention and deletion
We store only the authorization tokens needed to operate the service, kept securely and only while your account is connected. You can revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends our access.
Security
Access is via Google OAuth 2.0; we never see or store your Google password.
