By using Missivebox ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Missivebox sends and automates email through your authorized Google account using Google OAuth.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the Google account you connect and the messages you send. You must have the right to contact your recipients and must comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
3. Acceptable use
No spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; no violating Google's or any recipient's terms or rights.
4. Revocation
Disconnect anytime via your Google Account permissions; access ends immediately.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of liability
Missivebox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
